When you use our contact forms or partnership inquiry form, we collect: your name, email address, organization name (if provided), and the contents of your message. We do not collect any data passively or without your knowledge.
Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond the specific inquiry you submitted. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party.
The AI Org Quiz accepts a text description of your organization. This input is processed to generate suggested AI use cases. We do not store quiz inputs or associate them with your identity unless you subsequently submit a contact or partnership form.
Feedback submitted through the prototype feedback widget is anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself in the notes field. Feedback is used only for product improvement.
We retain form submissions for a maximum of 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@greentechnologies.org.
